Returns & Refunds Policy
At Veils & Vogue, we want you to feel confident and elegant in your modest wear. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, our online return process is designed to be as seamless as possible.
1. 2-Days Return Window
You have 02 days from the date of delivery (as indicated by your tracking number) to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Condition of Garments
To maintain the high standards of our brand, all returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed: Free from perfume, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.
- Tags Attached: All original brand tags must remain intact.
- Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original dust bag or protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Hijabs, Undercaps, and Accessories: If the original seal or packaging has been opened.
- Custom/Bespoke Orders: Any abaya or khimar tailored to your specific measurements.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email Us: Contact (+92 3254623102) with your Order Number (e.g., #VV1234) and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address.
- Ship It: Package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds & Processing
- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the garment within 3–5 business days.
- Approval: We will notify you via email if your refund is approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.
- Credit: Approved refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- Original Shipping: Initial shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges (Size/Color)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items? If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong silhouette/size, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a pre-paid return label and rush a replacement to you at no extra cost.
