We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders. At Veils & Vogue, we believe the price you see for our premium garments should be the price you pay at checkout, with no hidden shipping fees.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Note: During high-demand periods, such as new collection launches or Eid, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a link to the courier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please Whatsapp us at +923254623102 within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed, the address cannot be changed.
5. Shipping Protection & Lost Packages
Veils & Vogue is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
